Cocove Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cocove. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor problem, Cocove may choose to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at admin@cocove.com.au with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, Cocove will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Change of Mind

Cocove does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Hygiene and Personal-Use Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used Pilates mats, Pilates socks, scrunchies and other personal-use accessories are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This restriction does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, promotional and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
