For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

All Cocove orders are packed and shipped from our Australian-based warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, Cocove currently ships within Australia only.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Yoga mats, Pilates socks, and Scrunchies are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.

What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@cocove.com.au with your order number and photos, and we’ll assist you.
Do you allow returns?
Yes, returns are available for eligible products within 14 days. Email us to arrange.
How do I clean my Cocove products?
- Mats & Balls: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Socks: Machine wash cold. Air dry only.
- Rings, Weights & Bars: Use a clean microfiber cloth with warm water.
