What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Heavy and oversized equipment attracts higher freight rates due to its size and weight.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Complimentary shipping is available on eligible Australian orders of $99 or more weighing under 5 kg. Orders under $99 and orders weighing 5 kg or more are charged the applicable freight rate at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cocove.com.au with your order number and photos.

Approved returns must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Product-specific and hygiene exclusions apply. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

• Mats & Balls: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Socks: Machine wash cold. Air dry only.
• Rings, Weights & Bars: Use a clean microfiber cloth with warm water.
